Hi!!! I've been COing since last Monday (6/25) and have really good results. The secret is to make sure you use a lot of conditioner when you wash your scalp. I'm talking, I use about 1/8 of the bottle!! I get some conditioner in my palm and massage it into my scalp. Then I get MORE conditioner and massage it into the part of my scalp that didn't get any conditioner on it. I use MORE conditioner if I don't feel like I've completely covered my scalp. Then I massage my scalp really good and scrub my scalp, too. After it's scrubbed very well, I rinse. After that, I put conditioner on my ends like I did when I was using shampoo. Clear as mud? :) Anyway, that's the way I've been doing it and had really good success.
I applaud you for attempting it! It's fun to experiment with our hair!!
