Since we will be leaving here in a few short weeks, most of my time for the next little while will be spent packing and searching for a place to live. AZ is definitely a different real estate market than CO. I'll be praying that we find something suited to our needs... and pretty ;} It's awfully hard trying to arrange things from out-of-state. We are thinking about taking a trip over to AZ in about a week to see what we can find. Meanwhile, I've gotta start going through my overly-crowded house and parting with some beloved furniture. Lord, give me strength... ;p

Oh what furniture are you getting rid of?
Try and remember that it is just things. I know you love it and have put a lot time and energy into each piece, but think about the new pieces you will get to replace them with. It might help.
I sent you a link to a blog source a friend of mine sent me (by e-mail). It is designed to connect you to local Moms in your area. It might be a great source to help you with neighborhoods, jobs, churches, etc. There is no setup you just plug in your info and start asking questions! Hope this helps.
You know the AZ market is perfect right now for buying! Even renting. You should have no problems finding a beautiful place. We hope that you and Nathan have a safe move with the baby and if you need any tips, Bret and I have lived here forever and can direct you. :)

Hi Katheryn,
Thanks for stopping by. Right now, it's trying to find a place somewhere close to Metrocenter, Tempe, and Scottsdale that is in a good neighborhood. Scottsdale is too expensive and South Phoenix is too ghetto. I guess we'll see what I can find whenever I visit AZ.
