Nathan and I just got back from an overnight stay in Flagstaff. On July 8, we will celebrate 8 years of wonderful marriage and this was our mini-getaway. Marie and John babysat Elon at our house {thanks guys!} and Nathan and I took our time sight seeing through Sedona and then eventually, Flagstaff. To read about how we met, click

Meanwhile, this are pictures at our room at Drury Inn and Suites. I loved the room, which came with free long distance calling and wi-fi, fridge, microwave, flat panel tv, and hot breakfast-- and all for the same price as the Travel Lodge.

What a fun get-away! And I love that room, too. Wish my bathroom looked like that. :)
Early in our marriage, when we lived in CA, Jeff and I had a fun get-away to Flagstaff. It was completely different than my impression of what AZ was like. We stayed in a neat old bed & breakfast and had a great time.
Overnight get-aways with the hubby are the best! I'm so glad you got one!
