Despite the temperatures still reaching into the 90's, Elon and I decided to have some fall fun. Nothing says fall better than candy apples! These were made using Galas at only $.59 per pound! Helpful Hint: Learn from my mistake and read the instructional tips-- adding shortening to the syrup gets rid of the bubbles.
Elon was more than happy to take care of the leftover candy syrup!
