Woke up feelin' mighty fine and decided to make homemade strawberry muffins! They look better than they tasted-- if that's any indication. BTW, do not use the muffin recipe in the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook, it's a bust :( Word to the wise-- spreading with melted butter and sprinkling with confectioner's sugar can make anything delicious!
