Some of you may know that I am currently involved in filming a documentary for the Fit and Fabulous Mommy Club. Basically, it is an amateur web series following the lives of 3 moms as we go from flab to fab. Or for me, from bones to fab. We work out 5-6 days a week with a lifestyle coach and on Saturdays we go for a mommy adventure. So far we have hiked a mountain, snowboarded, and went on a 20 mile bike ride. I am AFRAID of what our next adventure will be!
Anyhow, the other 2 girls in my group have a goal to lose weight, while mine is to gain 10 lbs. of muscle. I believe I've gained about 3lbs. so far. Thought you might be interested in our meal plan, so here it is (with a few adaptions for me omitted).
Breakfast:
Protein Shake and Hot Cereal (made from oatmeal and grapenuts)
or
3 Egg Whites and One Whole Egg and Hot Cereal
Mid Morning Snack:
1 Shake and 1 Small Red Apple
or
1/2 c Fat Free Yogurt with 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder and 1/4c Granola
Lunch:
Tuna Seasoned w/ Lemon Pepper, One Slice Ezekiel Bread, and 1c Steamed Broccoli
or
4oz of Grilled All White Meat Chicken, 1c Fresh Spinach with Fat Free Dressing, and 1c of Yam
Mid Afternoon Snack:
Raw Carrot Sticks, Peppers, Snack Peas, and a Tuna Pack
or
Power Crunch Bar
Dinner:
4oz. Grilled Salmon, 1c Green Beans Steamed
or
Turkey Burger made with all white meat, 2c Spinach Cooked with Olive Oil and Garlic
Late Evening Snack:
Protein Shake and 12 Raw Almonds
or
1/2 c Fat Free Cottage Cheese and 4 Strawberries

Its fun to read the details Himilce. I would love to hear about the snowboarding that sounds like a new experience. Keep up the great work. I am trying to get inspired to get into shape; thanks for helping my inspiration.
