Beautiful Summer Sunset, The Glowing End Of Day...

The sun has set on my time with little Andrew. His mother and I decided that I could not give her what she was looking for, as she wanted her son to have 100%, all day long, one-on-one attention. She asked me if I would be willing to have someone else take care of Elon so that I could continue keeping Andy and I declined the offer. The amount of attention that I gave Andrew was the amount that I believe is healthy for him; I am unwilling to devote more attention to the baby and end up ruining him! She cried and I wished her well on her quest to find the perfect nanny!

I am so relieved for you that you are out of that situation. I honestly don't think I would have lasted a week in it.

Why is she working if she thinks Andrew should have 100% attention???

I hope and pray God leads you to a better situation in the perfect timing.

Oh, one more thing, the thought of you finding someone else to care for Elon so that you would be available to care for Andrew--what kind of crazy logic is that? Anyway, I wish that mom well...and you, too, of course. :)

My sentiments exactly, Davene!

Well Davene said EXACTLY what I was going to say, so I'll just say GOOD. I am glad for your sanitys sake that The Golden Baby Boy is no longer your worry.
I'm sorry, but some parents logic just drives me crazy, pregnancy hormones probably don't help my opinions either!

Maybe you should've just asked her if she would like to you put Elon up for adoption so you could devote your time to HER child... aye aye aye
