Carolina, Carolina, Heaven's Blessings Attend Thee...

Ok, here are some pictures of my blessings-- family. I'm sure these won't mean anything to anyone but me but since it's my blog, I thought I'd be selfish!

Elon likes the icecream, although it does appear otherwise.

Who says brown eyes aren't beautiful? {Russian sister, Ola, with Elon}

A lizard in the cake! Blame grandma, she made it.

Is this a Calvin shot, or what?

Elon and my mom. Elon is absorbed with his $5 toy.

What's inside?

Shorts from Aunt Amanda, it looks like he likes em'!

My sister and her husband, Ola and Hunter. Don't be deceived by Amanda's angelic smile, girl's got a mean temper ;p She used to beat me up when we were little.

Hope my sister is saving for Hunter's braces...

...and some serious plastic surgery for this one. {Daniel, my nephew}

The green grass at my dad's {oh you dry, bare, Arizona landscape...}

The animals seem to be the only one's who can understand Elon's gibberish.

Hmmm, there's a hole in this duck, is that normal?

My dad's southern-style house.

And I can't conclude without some good of mamma's good ol' Southern cooking-- she didn't want me to post this because she said she let the biscuits get too dark.

I'm so glad you got to go home. Of course I am a little jealous! It's much more expensive now since we have to pay for two tickets! Is that part of the reason you went right before Elon turned the big 2?

I'm happy to see pictures of your family. Always good to see the people you hear about but don't really know.

I like looking at the pictures even when I don't know who they are, guess I'm nosy...

Mmmm, I LOVE biscuits... unfortunately, the past few times I've tried, they haven't turned out so beautifully. Perhaps you can be persuaded to share your mama's recipe! :o)

Oh, yes, and I meant to say: what a beautiful, happy family you have! :o)

I got distracted by the mouth-watering biscuits... food has that kind of effect on me, you know. ;o)
