Well, I'm headed to AZ next week to check out the housing market. Hopefully, I can find a lender who will lend to me without my having already secured a permanent position. We need someone who will lend to us based on Nathan's salary and my potential salary. I have no idea if this is even possible. If not, looks like we'll be renting... Hmmm, I've been thinking about this place...
The 15 car garage should be adequate for our two 13 year old vehicles. And at 14.5 million, what a steal!
